Peganum Harmala is also known as Syrian Rue. This plant belongs to the Nitrariaceae family (botanical name) and originates in warm and dry areas. This plant is used for many purposes in different cultures. For example, it is used in Turkey against the "evil eye" and in India and Pakistan for gynaecological purposes. But Syrian Rue is also known for its ability to reinforce the effect of psychedelics. An average dose of Perganum Harmala has an enhancing effect on Magic Truffles. Attention! Effects of Peganum Harmala (Syrian Rue)

Peganum Harmala has a strong MAO inhibitory effect but gives a different effect to the Ayahuasca than Banisteriopsis Caapi. That's why the name of Anahuasca is also given to the brew made with Syrian Rue, it is a surrogate of the Ayahuasca. Many people prefer this variant because the physical effects are less vigorous and the seeds are also easier to process. Due to its MAO inhibitory effect, Peganum Harmala is mainly used in combination with other DMT-based plants.

Use

If you want to use Peganum Harmala as an MAO inhibitor, you should use 3 grams. Take the seeds about 15-60 minutes before taking the psychoactive substance you wish to use. The effects of the Syrian Rue will last about 3 to 4 hours. You can take Syrian Rue in different ways. If you choose the seeds, you can simply eat them by chewing them. If you prefer gel capsules, you can first grind the seeds and make capsules. Finally, you can also make tea, which is also softer for your stomach. For this take 200 ml of water and 50 ml lemon juice, 3-4 grams of seeds and let it boil for about half an hour in the water with lemon on a low fire. Pour the tea through the sieve and it is ready to drink.
