This tea is derived from the Tilia genus of trees, which typically grows in regions of North America, Europe, and Asia. These flowers were steeped as a tea to relieve anxiety related to ailments such as indigestion, irregular heartbeat, and vomiting.
Today, linden is used in many cough and cold remedies. Active ingredients in linden are said to help promote sweating, which may help treat people with fevers.
Usage of Linden Blossom Tea
This tea can be prepared by adding two to three teaspoons of flowers in a cup of hot water and let it steep for about 15 minutes.
You can add honey or sugar to sweeten the tea.

For one cup, you need about 2-3 teaspoons of dried Linden blossom Tea.
